Role Overview:  We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader with a strong background in Optometry and proven operational expertise. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workforce management, and driving team performance while maintaining high standards of efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve operational goals.
• Prepare and manage staff rosters to ensure optimal coverage.
• Monitor and control shrinkage, attrition, and manpower utilization.
• Maintain and analyze reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Track team KPIs and implement improvement strategies.
• Act as a bridge between management and team members, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and industry standards.
