We're Hiring: Team Leader (Operations)
Location: Pune (Work From Home with once-a-week Work From Office)
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Team Handling: Minimum 15+ Associates
Experience: Team Management | Performance Management | Client Management | Data Reporting

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 15+ associates
Drive performance, productivity, quality, and engagement metrics
Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions
Manage reporting, workforce data, attendance, incentives, and billing accuracy
Perform trend analysis, RCA, and implement corrective action plans
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve escalations
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture

What We're Looking For:
Strong people management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical mindset with reporting and presentation capabilities
Ability to handle escalations and drive process improvements
Flexible to work across shifts as per business requirements
Experience in Content Moderation / Trust & Safety operations preferred
