• Comprehensive knowledge of CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry practices and principles.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
• Experience with customer relationship management software and tools.
