Key Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Medical Coding.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader, with an official Team Leader designation.
• Strong experience in Multi-Specialty Medical Coding.
• Active and valid CPC or CCS certification is mandatory.
• Apprentice certification will not be considered.
• Strong knowledge of medical coding guidelines, quality, productivity, and auditing processes.
• Good team handling, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days are preferred.
• Open to candidates for Bengaluru and Chennai locations.
