Develop an individual development plan and undergo at least one personal development program of identified need in a year

Participate in 360 degree feedback process

Develop an action plan for addressing feedback received from the 360 degree feedback exercise.

To mentor at least 1 employee during the performance year
To adhere to 100% compliance on mandatory training & 75% compliance on other trainings as per the training plans.
