Job description

Position: Team Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead with strong people management, reporting, and operational excellence skills. The ideal candidate should have experience leading teams, managing performance metrics, handling business-critical situations, and driving process improvements. Exposure to Generative AI tools, data analysis, and reporting will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Monitor team performance through KPIs, productivity, quality, utilization, and shrinkage metrics.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development plans for team members.
• Drive team engagement, motivation, and conflict resolution initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, process compliance, and customer expectations.
• Prepare and present operational reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to improve team performance and efficiency.
• Manage resource planning, allocation, and workload distribution.
• Handle crisis situations, escalations, and business continuity requirements effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and process improvements.
• Leverage Generative AI tools and modern technologies to improve productivity and streamline operations.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address operational challenges.
