Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka and Redis, along with solid experience in the Telecom domain.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in Policy and Charging systems, including PCC, PCF and PCRF, with good knowledge of 3GPP and 3G/4G/5G telecom core networks.

This is not a generic Java Team Lead position. Telecom domain experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Design and develop scalable and high-performance telecom applications.
• Plan tasks and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Develop and maintain microservices-based applications.
• Work with Kafka for event streaming and real-time data processing.
• Implement Redis for caching and data storage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and performance issues.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability and reliability.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  
  

Required Experience

• 7–10 years of overall experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Good experience in Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and Redis.
• Strong Telecom domain experience.
• Experience with PCC / PCF / PCRF and Policy & Charging systems.
• Good understanding of 3G/4G/5G and 3GPP specifications.
• Experience in Telecom Core Network.
• Proven experience in team handling and technical leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
