Team Leader @ International Process

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in customer service and leadership. Candidate should have worked for Escalation process

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and lead a team of customer support agents to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance agent skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
• Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service and leadership, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software and teleperformance tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, focusing on quality and productivity.
• A graduate degree is required for this position.

Salary Budget is upto 5.2 LPA
