Description
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader for our Inbound team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams in a call center environment, driving performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the inbound team to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and share best practices.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new team members.
- Analyze team performance metrics and report on key findings to management.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a team leader or supervisory role in an inbound call center environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team.
- Proficiency in customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to drive results.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
