Team Leader Finance

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Supervise patient refunds, cash transactions, and other financial activities.
• Manage banking operations, including reconciliations and daily financial controls.
• Oversee intercompany payables and financial settlements.
• Review documentation and ensure compliance with finance policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders for timely resolution of financial matters.
• Guide the finance team and monitor operational performance.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in finance, accounts, cash handling, banking operations, and team supervision is required.
• Strong knowledge of reconciliations, settlements, and financial documentation is necessary.
• Hospital finance experience is preferred.
• Candidates should possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.
• Familiarity with financial software and systems is desirable.
