Team Leader - Field Audit Operations

Job Description

We are looking for proactive and result-oriented Team Leaders to manage field audit activities and supervise retainer staff across Trichy, Madurai, and Coimbatore.

Selected candidates will undergo one month of training in Chennai and, upon completion of training, will be relocated to their respective hometowns to manage audit operations and retainer staff in the assigned territories.

Important Location Requirement: Candidates must be permanent residents of the respective target city, with their hometown residence located within a maximum distance of 5 km from the city centre/assigned city limits. Candidates residing in distant suburbs, surrounding towns, or locations more than 5 km away will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute field audit activities across the assigned territory.
• Manage, monitor, and guide retainer staff to ensure effective execution of audit assignments.
• Ensure audit accuracy, quality, and adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of audit assignments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve audit efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with defined processes, timelines, and approved budgets.
• Prepare audit reports, track progress, and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions wherever required.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in field operations, auditing, team handling, or workforce management will be preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage field staff and achieve operational targets.
• Willingness to undergo one month of training in Chennai.
• Willingness to relocate to the assigned hometown after successful completion of training.
• Must be a genuine local resident of Trichy, Madurai, or Coimbatore, as applicable, with the residence located within 5 km of the designated city location.
• Candidates from distant suburbs and neighbouring towns will not be considered.
