Job Purpose

Supervise and guide the team to achieve overall targets while managing client relationships to ensure income generation.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management

Manage a portfolio of 15 accounts and a team of relationship managers; Achieve business targets on volumes and profitability for self and team; Conduct portfolio reviews, manage exits, and improve yield through cross-selling; Monitor account performance and update CRM for task tracking.

Supervision of team, Performance Review & Mentorship

Guide RMs on product penetration strategies and sales pitches; Ensure management guidance is implemented across the team; Motivate the team to align with growth initiatives; Supervise RM performance and address variances with plans.

Performance Review of Team

Conduct monthly reviews of RM portfolios to ensure product penetration; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet targets.

Training & Development

Train and mentor RMs for continuous improvement; Provide on-the-job feedback and conduct recruitment interviews.

Operations & Processes

Approve or recommend credit limits for unit and personal accounts; Ensure KYC/AML compliance and manage documentation formalities; Oversee pre- and post-disbursement processes and administrative approvals.

Client Management & Servicing

Engage with existing and prospective clients in the portfolio; Accompany RMs on client calls to build relationships and resolve issues; Interact with senior management of client organizations to strengthen ties.

Review & Mentorship

Provide strategic guidance to RMs for effective sales outcomes; Ensure compliance with management directives for portfolio management; Foster team motivation and alignment with organizational goals; Relationship Building With Both Internal And External Customers; Resolve customer pain points through process improvements; Build strong relationships with promoters and senior management of clients.

Education:

Graduation required; MBA or CA preferred.
