Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management & Leadership

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of promoters across assigned retail outlets
• Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team and ensure consistent performance tracking
• Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews
• Manage attendance, rostering, and discipline within the team

2. Sales & Target Achievement

• Drive sales performance across all assigned stores
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales and implement action plans to meet targets
• Identify opportunities to increase conversions, upselling, and cross-selling
• Ensure promoters effectively communicate product value and premium positioning

3. Retail Store Operations

• Oversee execution across multiple retail locations
• Maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail partners
• Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and brand guidelines compliance
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supply teams to avoid stock-outs

4. Training & Development

• Conduct onboarding and continuous product training for promoters
• Ensure team is updated on new product launches, features, and competitor insights
• Develop selling skills, customer engagement techniques, and product demonstration standards

5. Reporting & Analysis

• Track and report sales data, store performance, and promoter productivity
• Provide insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities
• Maintain accurate records of store visits, audits, and team performance

6. Customer Experience

• Ensure a premium and consistent in-store customer experience
• Address escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Drive brand advocacy through strong product demonstrations and engagement
