EDHA Realtech LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to lead our Residential & Commercial Real Estate Sales division.

Team Leader – Residential & Commercial Real Estate

Experience Required:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
• Strong exposure in both Residential & Commercial Real Estate
• Prior team handling experience preferred
• Deep understanding of Gurgaon real estate market

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals
• Drive sales for residential and commercial projects
• Mentor, motivate, and train team members for better performance
• Handle HNI and investor clients
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations
• Develop sales strategies and achieve team targets
• Maintain strong relationships with developers and channel partners
• Monitor market trends, inventory, and competitor activities
