Role Overview

We are looking for a Team Leader – Collections to manage and motivate a team of 8–15 telecallers and/or field collection agents. The role involves driving collection targets, monitoring team productivity, handling escalations, and ensuring compliant and ethical recovery practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage telecalling and field collection teams
• Drive daily recovery and collection targets
• Conduct team briefings, target setting, and performance reviews
• Coach agents on collection, negotiation, and customer-handling techniques
• Monitor PTPs, productivity, call quality, and agent performance
• Manage dialer allocation and calling efficiency
• Prepare daily MIS and performance reports
• Coordinate telecalling and field collection activities
• Handle customer escalations and ensure compliance with RBI guidelines

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Collections & Recovery, preferably in Banking/NBFC
• 6+ months of team leadership/supervisory experience
• Hands-on experience in Telecalling and Field Collections
• Experience with Personal Loans, Business Loans, or Credit Card collections
• Knowledge of dialer systems, PTP management, and MIS reporting
• Basic Excel proficiency
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• DRA Certification preferred
• Graduate in any discipline preferred
