Team Leader- Batch and furnace

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of batch & furnace plants, including manpower handling and planning.
  
• Monitor production processes to achieve quality standards and optimize productivity.
  
• Develop strategies for improving plant operations, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment performance, safety protocols, and environmental compliance.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement in heat treatment processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in Batch Processing, Furnace Operation, Heat Treatment, Manufacturing, Plant Operations, Production Management or similar fields.
  
• B.Tech / B.E. degree in relevant field (e.g., Ceramics or Chemical).
  
• Strong understanding of industrialization principles and practices; knowledge of international standards preferred.
