Role & responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and Motivate the Team to achieve individual and Group Targets.
• Monitor Daily/ Weekly performance and Ensure Productivity.
• Provide Guidance, Training, and Support to Team Members

Preferred candidate profile

• Mandatory Exp in Life Insurance Banca Channel
• 1.5years Team Handling Exp Required Only Strong Leadership and People Management skills.
