Role: Team Leader
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 10-15 members.
• Prepare and monitor process reports including productivity, target scorecards, weekly and monthly reports, and share with management.
• Track team progress, motivate members to achieve sales targets, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Monitor team performance and recommend process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Handle escalations and manage challenging situations effectively.
• Collaborate within the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Diffuse crisis situations with professionalism and composure.

Skills Required:

• Strong people management and leadership skills with excellent coaching ability.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation and public speaking.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities without compromising quality or timelines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent MIS and analytical skills.
