Job Summary

HFS is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead to manage, guide, and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring operational excellence, monitoring productivity, and maintaining high levels of employee engagement while delivering business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of executives/associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Identify skill gaps and facilitate training and development programs.
• Ensure timely resolution of team issues and escalations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, attendance, and productivity tracking.
• Drive employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives as required.
• Implement process improvements and contribute to continuous operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a Team Lead or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
