Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Team Lead to manage daily team operations, monitor performance, and ensure productivity while maintaining high standards of work quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate team members to achieve departmental objectives.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Track team performance,productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance, feedback, and support.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support employee training,development, and performance improvement.
