JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead- AI & Automation to drive the adoption of Agentic AI and intelligent automation across business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with AI agents, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and AI-powered productivity tools.

The role requires a strong combination of business understanding, technical problem-solving, and leadership skills to identify automation opportunities, implement scalable AI solutions, and continuously improve processes through AI.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support AI-driven process improvement initiatives across business functions.
• Design, implement, and work with Agentic AI solutions and AI agents to automate tasks and business workflows.
• Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve efficiency, productivity, accuracy, and scalability.
• Create, test, optimize, and maintain effective prompts and AI instructions for business use cases.
• Work hands-on with AI coding and productivity tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Develop and implement workflow automations using Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script, MCP, or similar automation platforms.
• Validate AI-generated outputs, identify inaccuracies or inconsistencies, and refine AI responses through iterative testing.
• Apply AI solutions to areas such as reporting, documentation, analytics, process automation, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with business and operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical AI solutions.
• Evaluate new AI tools, agents, and technologies and recommend solutions that can deliver measurable business value.
• Build scalable and repeatable AI workflows while maintaining quality, reliability, and process controls.
• Lead a team and provide guidance on AI adoption, automation practices, and effective use of AI tools.
• Track the impact of implemented AI solutions and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare process documentation, reports, and presentations highlighting automation initiatives and business outcomes.
  

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a Team Lead role within a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, including designing, implementing, or working with AI agents.
• Practical experience using AI tools and agents to improve processes, increase efficiency, and solve business problems.
• Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to create, test, evaluate, and optimize AI instructions.
• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini, or similar AI development/productivity tools.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Apps Script, MCP, or similar tools.
• Strong ability to validate AI outputs, identify inaccuracies, and improve AI responses through iterative refinement.
• Experience applying AI solutions in reporting, documentation, analytics, process automation, or operational improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with the ability to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interest in emerging AI technologies, automation, and business process transformation.
