Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Manage and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
• Monitor daily team performance and recruitment targets.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers for hiring requirements.
• Follow up on offers, candidate joining, and recruitment closures.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.

Required Skills:

• Good experience in recruitment and team handling.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Recruitment consultancy experience preferred.
