Team Leader Real Estate Presales

Experience: 1–2 years in Sales or Real Estate Presales
Qualification: HSC to Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide a team of Real Estate Presales executives.
• Monitor daily calling activities, team performance, and targets.
• Ensure proper follow-ups with potential customers and schedule property site visits.
• Track daily reports, team productivity, and conversion rates.
• Handle team queries and support members in achieving targets.
• Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely reporting.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of data management and team handling.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in sales or real estate presales is preferred.
• Ability to manage targets and team performance.
