Job Description

Ninjacart is looking for an experienced Collections professional to manage delinquent accounts, conduct field recovery activities, and handle collection team operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the allocated delinquent portfolio and conduct residential and commercial recovery visits.

- Travel across states to trace skipped, migrated, or willful defaulters.

- Coordinate with police stations regarding asset tracking and legal escalations.

- Negotiate with debtors and manage regional recovery activities.

- Maintain daily route logs using MS Excel.

- Prepare official compliance documents and police correspondence using MS Word.

- Handle team responsibilities and support recovery operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field.

- 3–8 years of experience in Collections and Recovery.

- Previous team-handling experience.

- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

- Strong proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and English.

- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
