Position: Team Leader Credit FOS

Key Responsibilities & Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and monitor daily field operational activities of Credit Field Officers (FOS).
• Direct timely, unannounced field visits to applicant residence and business addresses per loan application guidelines.
• Ensure accurate verification of existence, tenure, and nature of locations, including mandate compliance on geo-tagged photos/videos.
• Oversee candidate discussions to evaluate borrower intent, financial capability, and data consistency.
• Ensure unbiased local checks to assess borrower reputation and business authenticity.
• Oversee verification of original documents and escalate discrepancies.
• Audit and validate field data against credit bureau reports, internal databases, and public records.
• Monitor daily productivity, streamline file turn-around times, and ensure prompt reporting of red flags or inconsistencies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Prior experience in credit field verification in retail loans/NBFCs.
• Good to have two-wheeler for field transit.
