Job Summary

Oversee all aspects of financial management, including day-to-day operations, and financial reporting for the assigned properties.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Management Packs for clients, which involves preparation of budgets.
• Commentary on the variances in the PL statement.
• Good communication skills (verbal, written).
• Proficient in Excel formulas and shortcuts.
• Month-end and year-end closing and procedural adjustments.
• Handling accruals, prepayments, and other reclass journals.
• Nominal ledger scrutiny to ensure accurate transaction recording.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Exposure to remote transition, SOP preparation, and remote client sessions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AR/AP activities (preferred).
• Experience as a Property Accountant (preferred).
