Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10-20 members to deliver high-quality projects on time.
• Develop project plans, set goals, and track progress regularly.
• Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and feedback sessions.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in consulting or related field (preferably).
• Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
