Role & responsibilities

A Team Lead at Delhivery Limited manages day-to-day warehouse, sorting, and last-mile logistics operations while supervising floor staff to ensure on-time delivery and service quality target Core Roles and Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily inbound, outbound, sorting, scanning, bagging, loading, and dispatch activities.
• Team Supervision: Lead, train, and supervise Delivery Associates, Warehouse Associates, riders, loaders, and unloaders.
• Manpower & Shift Planning: Prepare shift rosters, monitor attendance and absenteeism, and allocate daily tasks based on shipment volumes.
• SLA & Performance Tracking: Monitor turnaround time (TAT), service level agreements (SLAs), shipment accuracy, and productivity metrics.
• Issue & Escalation Resolution: Handle pending, undelivered, or return-to-origin (RTO) shipments and resolve operational floor escalations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with first-mile, linehaul, hub, fleet, and customer support teams for smooth parcel movement.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines while maintaining daily MIS reports.
