Team Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, sorting, scanning, and dispatch activities.
• Allocate manpower and monitor the daily performance of Process Executives.
• Ensure shipments are processed within the defined SLA/TAT.
• Track team productivity, attendance, and shift-wise performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational processes.
• Monitor shipment accuracy and minimize errors, damages, and misroutes.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate critical concerns to the reporting manager.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS, productivity reports, and operational updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams, transporters, vendors, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Train, guide, and motivate team members while identifying opportunities for process and productivity improvement.
