Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of security engineers to design, implement, and maintain Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using CyberArk, Workday, Azure Active Directory, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical roadmaps for IAM projects.
• Conduct threat analysis and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop training programs for junior team members on IAM best practices, tools, and methodologies.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in Network Security or related field with expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM).
• Strong understanding of CyberArk, Crowdstrike, Zscaler, Azure Active Directory, Workday products/services.
• Proven track record as a Team Leader or lead engineer in managing high-performing teams.
