Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve excellent performance metrics.
• Develop and implement effective training programs to improve team skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and escalations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for coaching.

Job Requirements :

• 4-12 years of experience in an International BPO or call center environment.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication skills in English (and Marathi) with international voice quality.
• Proven track record of achieving targets related to AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition etc.
