Chandigarh University is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage our Tele-Counsellor Inside Sales Team. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and a proven track record in student counselling/sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of tele-counsellors (inbound & outbound).
• Drive admission targets and ensure revenue growth.
• Monitor team performance, call quality, and conversion rates.
• Handle shrinkage, attrition, and team productivity.
• Ensure exceptional counselling experience for students & parents.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure process compliance.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader in
• Ed. Tech / University / College / Education / Edu-tech industry
• Strong background in team handling, inside sales & counselling
• Excellent communication skills and confidence
• Proven experience in revenue generation & achieving targets
