• Manage Retail WH operations independently
• Understanding of warehouse operations KRA/KPI.
• Lead a team of 15-30 executives.
• Mis reporting skills.
• Controls inventory levels by reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintain standards of health/safety/hygiene & security.
• Customer focused & results driven approach.

Candidate requirements

• BE/B.Tech / Any Degree with proven experience in Warehouse operations.
• 2- 4 years of Warehousing & E-Commerce experience preferably in H&B/FMCG
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands on experience of WMS/ERPRole & responsibilities
