• Manage and supervise the team.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance.
• Ensure the team achieves daily targets.
• Track attendance and productivity.
• Handle team and operational issues.
• Coordinate with the Hub In-Charge and operations team.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
