Should have In-depth knowledge in US-Healthcare providerprocess.

Experiencein Migrating & Handling new Projects.

Basicknowledge of HIPAA guidelines

Excellentwritten and oral communication skills

Workingknowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools

Experience : Minimum 6 years experience in the UScalling process.

Musthave min 4 years exp in Voice process

Must be a TC/TL or Specialistin team handling role.

Should have handled at least25 people and should have good people management skills.

Distributionof Workload to team members

Helpingthe team in handling & resolution of work-related problems, understanding & interpretation of

Issuesand decision making. "

Provideleadership and focus to the project teams. Responsible for the productivity, quality and overall performance of the projects

Escalateand follow up for resolution for all issues that affect work.

Learnand implement new client systems. Co-ordinate and organize training for newjoinee as well as for existing members of the team based on the projects requirements.

Interactionwith the clients & taking feedback from clients and formulating Strategiesto meet the clients specific needs and expectations. "
