Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead – IT Recruiter with proven expertise in handling teams as well as contributing individually. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in niche and product-based hiring, with a solid track record of working on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters while also working as an individual contributor.
  
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for niche and product-based roles.
  
• Manage C2H/Contract-to-Hire hiring across multiple skill sets.
  
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other channels.
  
• Ensure timely closures and high-quality hires.
  
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
  

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in IT recruitment with at least 2+ years in a team lead role.
  
• Strong experience in team handling and individual contributions.
  
• Must have experience in C2H/Contract-to-Hire hiring.
  
• Hands-on expertise in niche hiring and product-based hiring.
  
• Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
