Hiring: Team Lead Academic Counselling
Location: Pimpri, Pune, Bangalore
Experience: 3-5 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in team handling/Team Lead roles
Experience in the Online Degree / UG-PG / Education vertical preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong team management and sales leadership abilities
Fluency in Marathi is mandatory for Pune location and Fluency in kannada is must for Bangalore location.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage, mentor, and drive a team towards business targets
Monitor team performance, conversions, and daily productivity
