About the Role

We are looking for a driven Team Leader to build and run a field sales team in Bangalore. This is a people-management role with full ownership of a territory's revenue outcomes — you will hire your own team of Field Sales Executives, train them on product and pitch, coach them in the field, and be accountable for the team hitting its monthly targets. You'll need to be a strong individual seller yourself, someone who can demonstrate the product, close a deal, and then teach that same skill to 8-10 people you've personally recruited.

What You Will Do

• Develop a deep, ground-level understanding of ChattyBao's products — Google visibility, AI website builder, and Magic AI — well enough to demo and troubleshoot them yourself.
• Recruit, interview, and hire a team of 8-10 Field Sales Executives for your assigned territory in Bangalore.
• Design and run classroom training for new hires — product knowledge, pitch, objection handling, and reporting discipline.
• Follow classroom training with structured field training — joint calls, live demo shadowing, and one-on-one coaching until each FSE can run a demo independently.
• Set individual and team revenue targets, and track daily/weekly performance against them.
• Accompany FSEs on field visits regularly to observe, coach, and unblock deals that are stuck.
• Own the team's overall monthly revenue target and drive its achievement through your FSEs.
• Maintain accurate team-level records of hiring, training completion, visits, demos, and closures.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3-4 years of field sales experience, including at least 1-2 years leading or mentoring a team.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and manage a field sales team, ideally in subscription-based products.
• Strong personal track record of revenue generation and target achievement as an individual contributor.
• Fluent in Kannada and English — essential for customer communication and coaching across Bangalore.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills — able to get a diverse team aligned and motivated.
• Self-motivated and comfortable being in the field regularly, not just managing from a desk.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps for daily team reporting and communication.

Compensation

CTC commensurate with last drawn salary.
