Role & responsibilities

• Leading the team and encouraging members to generate leads.
• Discussing the daily target with the team and panning to archive the same.
• Motivating the team members to be on track for generating the leads
• Auditing the leads generated by the team and updating the management for the same.
• Managing the leaves within the team and tracking the performance of the members.

• Shift Adherence
• Morning Huddle with the team, planning for the day for target achievements
• Daily TL audit to identify performance.
• Hour wise performance tracking.
• Managing the leaves within the team and tracking the performance of the members.
• Managing escalations from management as well as with client and assisting them with proper resolution.
• Meeting the sales target designed by the upper management.
• Assisting team members for resolving the queries.
• • Identify issues, carry out (RCA) Root Cause Analysis on cases that don't meet expectations and implement process fix (in conjunction with Process Owners) to prevent future occurrences
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, client, and vendor representatives along with other resources in support of successful customer outcomes.
