TEAM LEAD

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core MVC and C#.
• Develop clean and efficient frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Create reusable components and adhere to best coding practices.

1. Database Management:

• Design and optimize complex queries in MS SQL Server.
• Write and debug stored procedures, triggers, and views.
• Work with Oracle PL/SQL for data processing, reporting, and system integration.

1. Requirement Analysis & Design:

• Understand project requirements, perform technical analysis, and design solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and document software design.
• Troubleshoot application-related issues and propose improvements.

1. Code Testing & Deployment:

• Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure application quality.
• Deploy and maintain applications in production environments while ensuring high performance.

1. Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, Product, and Project Management.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and updates effectively in both verbal and written forms.

1. Performance Optimization:

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Conduct regular code reviews and identify areas of improvement.

1. Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing:

• Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Conduct code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Expertise in ASP.NET Core MVC and strong knowledge of C# programming.
• Hands-on experience in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Proficiency in database design and SQL programming with MS SQL Server and Oracle PL/SQL.

Skills:

• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and solve complex problems effectively.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
