Job Description Team Leader (BPO Sales Process)

Position: Team Leader – Sales Process

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

- Monitor individual and team performance against key sales KPIs.

- Drive sales performance, conversion, revenue, and productivity.

- Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.

- Provide feedback and develop team members to improve sales performance.

- Monitor attendance, adherence, shrinkage, and attrition.

- Ensure compliance with process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.

- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.

- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and MIS.

- Coordinate with Quality, Training, and Operations teams to improve overall process performance.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a BPO Sales Process is mandatory.

- Prior experience as a Team Leader in a Sales Process is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of sales targets, conversion, productivity, and other sales KPIs.

- Good communication and team-handling skills.

- Ability to motivate, coach, and manage a sales team.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

- Graduation is not mandatory.

- Candidates must have relevant BPO Sales experience.
