SVC Team Lead

Role Objective
To lead and manage the SVC team effectively, ensuring team productivity, performance, discipline, and achievement of assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage the SVC team on a day-to-day basis.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members effectively.
• Monitor individual and team performance against assigned targets.
• Conduct daily team briefings and provide necessary guidance and support.
• Motivate the team to achieve productivity and performance targets.
• Track attendance, punctuality, discipline, and overall team conduct.
• Review daily/weekly team performance and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
• Identify performance gaps and take necessary corrective actions.
• Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and productivity.
• Handle team-level issues and resolve them effectively.
• Coordinate with the Sales team and other relevant departments for smooth workflow.
• Ensure the team follows company policies, processes, and service standards.
• Escalate critical issues to the reporting manager in a timely manner.
• Take ownership of overall SVC team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate.
• Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably with strong experience in team handling and leadership.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Target-oriented and performance-driven.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
