About this role
Lead a team selling Corporate FDs, Bank FDs, Bonds, NCDs and other fixed-income products
Drive sales through existing customers, partners and new client acquisition
Achieve team-level revenue/AUM and product sales targets
Build relationships with HNI/UHNI customers, distributors and channel partners
Coach the team on product knowledge, pitching and closures
Track daily pipeline, conversions and team productivity
Work closely with Product, Operations and Compliance teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
58 years of experience in Wealth, Investments, Broking, BFSI or Fintech
At least 2–3 years of team-handling experience
Strong experience in selling FDs, Bonds, NCDs, Mutual Funds or other investment products
Preferably from companies such as wealth platforms, brokers, investment distributors or banks
Strong understanding of fixed-income products and customer suitability
Experience managing a target-driven sales team
