The Team Lead - UK Tax is responsible for overseeing the delivery of UK individual tax compliance and advisory services while guiding and supporting team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Overseeing the preparation of tax reports, schedules, and supporting documents to be delivered to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to compliance standards across all deliverables.
• Communicating with HMRC on behalf of clients through both oral and written correspondence.

• Preparing technical summaries and sharing updates to enhance team knowledge.
• Leading a team of tax executives and analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Reviewing work completed by team members and ensuring alignment with quality and compliance standards.
