About this role
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in AI/ML or backend engineering, including experience leading or mentoring engineers.
- Strong CS fundamentals (Tier-1 college preferred).
- Deep experience with backend systems and APIs (e. g., Node.js, Python, or similar).
- Experience with modern web stacks (e. g., TypeScript, React, Next.js, or similar).
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc. ) and with OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini APIs.
- Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases.
- Experience with LLMOps and evaluation frameworks.
Other Requirements:
- Experience building end-to-end systems from scratch and leading a team through that build.
- Track record of optimizing for latency.
- Prior work in Series A/B startups or fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable working with data-intensive applications and distributed systems.
- Ability to pick up new technologies quickly and move across the stack as needed.
