Team Lead

Role & responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of 50 to 60 employees.
Monitor team performance, including attendance, leaves, and overall productivity.
Effectively handle manpower and lead team.
Manage end-to-end picking and packing operations to ensure all orders are completed on time.
Ensure timely handover of tasks to the next shift
Monitor inventory accuracy and perform regular audits to minimize discrepancies.
Implement and enforce best practices for efficient workflow.
