Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with a strong background in Google Ads/AdWords operations to lead a team of specialists and drive performance, productivity, and client success. The ideal candidate should possess excellent people management skills, operational expertise, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Google Ads specialists to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality and productivity metrics.
• Drive campaign optimization strategies to improve performance and ROI.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development plans.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet client expectations and business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
• Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead.
• Strong experience in Google Ads (AdWords) operations and digital advertising.
• Proven experience in people management, coaching, and team development.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
