About the Role

NoBroker Legal Services is looking for a result-oriented Team Leader to lead a team of Sales Executives, drive revenue, improve conversions, and ensure operational excellence through effective coaching and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

*Lead and manage a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
*Monitor key KPIs such as Revenue, Conversion %, ATS, Lead Utilization, and Productivity.
*Conduct daily huddles, call audits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
*Drive sales performance through regular feedback, training, and objection handling.
*Ensure effective CRM usage, timely lead follow-ups, and process compliance.
*Analyze team performance and implement action plans to improve results.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

*Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
*3 to 6 years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales, with at least 1 year of team handling experience.
*Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a target-driven environment.
*Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and analytical skills.
*Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting.
*Prior experience in Legal Services, Real Estate, PropTech, BFSI, or FinTech is preferred.
