Job Summary

CIEL HR is looking for an experienced Team Lead Non-IT Recruitment to lead and manage a recruitment team, drive hiring targets, coordinate with clients, and ensure successful end-to-end recruitment delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Non-IT Recruitment, team handling, client coordination, and achieving recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Non-IT Recruiters.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various Non-IT positions.
• Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
• Allocate requirements among team members and monitor daily recruitment activities.
• Track team performance and ensure achievement of monthly/weekly hiring targets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure timely closure of positions as per client requirements.
• Guide recruiters on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and improve team productivity.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Resolve recruitment-related challenges and ensure smooth coordination between the team and clients.

Required Experience

• 46+ years of overall recruitment experience.
• Minimum 2 years of team-handling experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience handling clients in Sales & Services, FMCD, Manufacturing, etc. is preferred.
• Strong experience in client coordination and team management.
• Proven ability to achieve recruitment targets.

Candidates with only IT Recruitment experience will not be considered. This is a completely Non-IT Recruitment opportunity.
