Job Description

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring and closure targets.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and joining.
• Manage multiple client requirements and ensure timely submission of quality candidates.
• Coordinate with clients/hiring managers and understand recruitment requirements.
• Track team performance, recruitment MIS, TAT, interviews, selections, and joining ratios.
• Mentor recruiters and improve team productivity and sourcing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases.
• Prior experience in recruitment consultancy/staffing/RPO preferred.
